Brigid McEncroe Stafford (she/her), aka stripey art, is a painter and illustrator based in Naarm/Melbourne who works mainly with acrylics, bold colour, and shapes. Their work is expressive, vibrant, and grounded in emotion — often exploring connection, care and her current thoughts and challenges. Through both colour and line, Brigid invites people into warm, thoughtful spaces where feeling is front and centre. They’ve been creating in Naarm for the past five years, building a style that’s joyful, curious, and unmistakably theirs.
