❤️HER NAME IS: IRYNA ZARUTSKA!❤️

There were no words of comfort, no tender touches in those last moments. Surrounded by a crowd, she died alone.
Her name is Iryna Zarutska. She was murdered on August 22, 2025, in Charlotte, USA. She was only 23.
Iryna texted her partner to say she was coming home. Seconds later, criminal Decarlos Brown Jr stabbed Iryna from behind.
As the killer moved through the carriage, announcing ‘I’ve killed a girl’, multiple bystanders averted their eyes and moved out of his way. None came to Iryna’s aid in her dying moments.

Born in Ukraine, Iryna came to America two years before her death to escape Russia’s attack on her country.
She arrived with her siblings and her mum Anna, but her father Stanislav was unable to be with them.
Iryna was a talented artist who specialised in sculpture and designing clothes.
She had a deep love for animals and hoped to become a veterinary assistant.
She adored travelling, socialising with her friends and – most of all – being with her family. They were her world.
Iryna’s dad was unable to attend her funeral due to Putin’s war on her country.
“Iryna will be remembered for her kindness, her creativity, and the lasting impression she left on everyone she met,” her family says.
“Her absence leaves a deep void, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.”
IRYNA ZARUTSKA MATTERS! ❤️
