Alexander George O’Sachy is linked to the deaths of four people.
Yet the public prosecutor has offered him a cozy deal that will probably see him serve an insignificant sentence for a domestic violence femicide.
O’Sachy killed Angela Silk (Goodwin) on September 6, 2021, in Upper Mount Gravatt, Qld. He was charged with her murder but the prosecutor this week offered him the lesser offence of manslaughter.
O’Sachy – a known child predator and woman basher – is linked to the deaths of three other people.
Leanne Melissa Thompson was 15 when she died in suspicious circumstances in 2006. O’Sachy was sexually abusing her.
Her death appeared to be self-harm, but her family says she was murdered.

Lauren Howarth was in a relationship with O’Sachy when she died in suspicious circumstances in 2011.
Lauren’s loved ones believe he is responsible for her death.
In 2005, O’Sachy was providing Andrew Anderson, a vulnerable 14-year-old, with drugs and alcohol. In July of that year, Andrew and O’Sachy called Andrew’s father. The boy said ‘goodbye, Dad’ and then a gun went off. Andrew’s father heard his son die.
O’Sachy claims Andrew killed himself.
O’Sachy almost murdered another woman in exactly the way in which he killed Angela.
He stabbed Angela in the thigh, slashing an artery and leaving her to bleed to death instead of dialing 000. When police and paramedics arrived, he said she killed herself.
While the judge may sentence O’Sachy to life for manslaughter, it’s unlikely.
Because Andrew, Leanne and Lauren’s deaths were never treated as violence, he will probably be free in under 10 years. That’s time enough to start his life over again.
