❤️SHE MATTERS HALLE CAMERON-PHILLIPS!❤️
‘Halle was full of life, a rare soul, full of strength and determination.’
AFLW footballer and talented all-round sportswoman Halle Cameron-Phillips was killed on December 27 in Geographe, Western Australia.
The vehicle 23-year-old Halle was driving was hit by another car.
A 44-year-old man is charged with manslaughter and dangerous driving causing bodily harm in circumstances of aggravation.
Halle’s uncle was injured in the incident.
Halle is the 76th Australian woman killed this year and the 181st woman killed between January 1 of 2024 and December 31, 2025.
“Halle was deeply family-oriented, the kind of person who would drop everything to help anyone, anytime, without hesitation,” her aunt wrote of the Noongar and Yamatji woman.
“She had a deep love for sport and proudly played AFLW in Busselton & was looking forward to playing ladies AFLW for Swan Districts Football Club.
“Her love, generosity and bright spirit touched so many lives, and her absence leaves a silence that can never truly be filled.
“The silence she has left behind is overwhelming. Her laughter, her strength, her kindness — all gone far too soon.”
