Three-year-old Caden Case died in the foyer of a police station following a vehicle incident at Stapylton, Qld, on October 25 last year.
Caden’s parents have both been charged over his death.
Caden is the 27th Australian child lost to violence in 2025.
His mother is charged with manslaughter (domestic violence), trafficking in dangerous drugs, driving of a motor vehicle without a licence and possessing anything used in the commission of crime.
Caden’s father is charged with manslaughter(domestic violence) and trafficking in dangerous drugs.
