Katherine Sanowski deserved to live a life of peace and safety. Someone chose to take this from her.
42-year-old Katherine was killed at a Bellbird Park, Qld, property about two weeks before she was found by police on February 18.
A 34-year-old woman was located nearby and taken to hospital under police guard.
That woman has just been charged with Katherine’s domestic violence murder.
Katherine is the 11th of 14 Australian women killed this year. Last year we lost 79 women and 106 were killed in 2024.
