Pauline Hanson is now saying police should not have to handle domestic violence cases because this takes away from ‘real crime.
She made this and a raft of other comments on a podcast about eight months ago but the interview is only now being reported on after her domestic violence is a ‘two-way’ street words from this week.
“(Police) are sick and tired of it because of the (domestic violence) reports that they have to make and that’s why they’re not dealing with real crime out there,” she told the Broken Fathers Podcast.
She also used the interview to call paid DV leave ‘ridiculous, saying it was being rorted by women making false domestic violence claims.
And of course she continued her call for the family law system to be wound back to a time when children were forced to live with abusers.
She said women are ‘suppressing males all the time’.
