ABOUT THE ARTIST
Queen Dolly is based on an iconic photograph of Dolly Parton when she was in her 20s. The images is hand-drawn by Tom Soar. Tom is a professional tattoo artist and tattoist, a graffiti writer and a multidisciplinary artist living in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. His work features bold, colourful designs that aim to make a positive impact.

An icon of music and a hero to billions, Dolly’s free books program has changed literacy rates globally – and more importantly, introduced millions of children to the joys of reading.
