Another family is devastated. Another community is in mourning.
On December 6, a 27-year-old woman was murdered in Borroloola, Northern Territory. Her male partner was taken into custody and yesterday he was charged over her death.
She is the 64th Australian woman killed this year and the 169th woman lost to violence since January 1 of 2024.
I cannot tell you her name, but I can tell you the grief and the missing are immense.
