❤️HER NAME IS: TUNCHANOK DONHOMLA❤️
‘Please tell other girls … just to be careful’.
These are the precise words of the Australian man who bashed 17-year-old Tunchanok Donhomla to death, stuffed her naked body in a suitcase and dumped her along a railway line in Thailand.
Simon Peter Carman, 45, is now charged with Tunchanok’s murder. The killer – who is said to have connections to Ballarat in Victoria – was seen on CCTV taking Tunchanok to his hotel room and leaving with the suitcase containing her body.
He was arrested trying to catch a flight to Perth on Friday.
He told reporters the scratches on his body were from spider and denied killing Tunchanok. Now he has changed his story, conveniently blaming a murdered girl for her own death.
He claims she held a knife at him because she wanted money and that he killed her in self-defence.
Tunchanok was a tiny teenager. He is a large man. She suffered severe injuries across her body consistent with being beaten.
He had hired Tunchanok for sex.
In a recorded interview he claimed to feel ‘bad’ for Tunchanok’s family and then said: “Please tell other girls … just to be careful.”
Thailand has the death penalty for murder. He may also face life in jail.
The Australian Government has confirmed it is providing him with assistance.
