An Australian business owner has raised the plight of ‘REGULATION Australian MALES’, letting us know they are ‘losing more’ as ‘minority groups ‘get all the attention’.
The guy is LeRoy Hand – he owns multiple businesses in Ballarat.
Male violence has left a huge hole on the soul of Ballarat, in regional Victoria.
In 2024, men murdered three women within weeks of each other.
The city also significantly higher rates of family violence.
For the past two years, a committed group of professionals and residents have been working hard to turn the tide on male violence.
Their aim is to help boys and men make better options so they – and the city’s women and girls – can lead happier and healthier lives.
And along comes this guy!
Hand lamented the burden of men like him in a Instagram story post this week – it was published in the 24 hours before the region’s football and netball leagues gathered to talk about ending misogyny.
“I don’t share my feelings on this too often – for good reason,” Hand wrote.
“But this hits pretty hard.
“It’s time we as a majority stand up and make as much noise as these minority groups getting all the attention.
“If we don’t stand up nothing will change or worse, we will lose more.
“It’s time to be proud to be a REGULATION Australian MALE.”
