Multiple players from the Sydney Swans AFL team are connected to an alleged sexual assault at the Pullman East Melbourne overnight.
Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, James Jordon and Riley Bice were questioned by police over the alleged assault and the Sex Crimes Squad is now investigating.
“The Sydney Swans can confirm several players were involved in an alleged incident in Melbourne,” a team spokesperson says.
“The Swans have notified the AFL and relevant authorities and cannot provide further comment at this stage.”
