A 47-year-old man has been charged with the domestic violence murder of Megan Tangye.
Strike Force Hazen detectives arrested Megan’s partner about 6.30am on August 25, charging him with murder and assault occasioning actual bodily harm (DV).
Megan was suffered critical injuries in Port Macquarie on December 27, 2025. She died in hospital.
Megan was the 77th of 79 Australian women killed in 2025.
