Valeria Marquez, a beauty influencer, was broadcasting a livestream video in her workplace when a man came in and shot her to death.
The footage of Valeria’s murder is now spreading across the internet, especially on Meta platforms Instagram and Facebook and other social media outlets.
Moments before her death, Valeria was sitting at a table at her beauty salon in the suburb of Zapopan.
A man came to her and said he had gift. Then the bullets hit.
The footage stops recording when someone picks up her phone.
It’s not known why he killed Valeria, but some are saying a business rival hired the man to kill her.
Seconds later, she is shot dead, with the footage only ending when another person picks up her phone to stop the recording.
The killing of women across the world is epidemic. It’s been getting steadily worse these past few years.
Social media owners allowing this footage to remain on their platforms will significantly contribute to this epidemic.
Murdering women in real-time for everyone to see is now entertainment.
